This experience at the Gymnastics Academy of Atlanta has reminded me how powerful it is to stay connected—to our athletes, to our peers, and to our purpose as coaches. Every session, every conversation, and every shared correction holds the potential to inspire growth, not just in others, but within ourselves.
Growth happens when we stay open to learning from those around us. Whether it’s a young gymnast trying a new skill or a fellow coach sharing insight, there’s always something valuable to take away. This camp reaffirmed that collaboration and humility are what truly elevate our sport.
