The past four days were an extraordinary and deeply enriching experience at our Gymnastics Choreography Workshop with the exceptional Rhonny Ferreira.
Working alongside one of the most visionary minds in gymnastics choreography was both inspiring and transformative. Internationally recognized as the creative force behind the iconic routines of Olympic champion Rebeca Andrade, Rhonny brought an unparalleled level of expertise, artistry, and passion to every session.

Throughout the four days, I deepened my understanding of how choreography can elevate an athlete’s performance beyond technical execution. Working alongside highly experienced coaches allowed for meaningful exchanges of ideas, blending different styles and approaches to routine composition. I collaborated closely with gymnasts of varying levels, adapting choreography to highlight each athlete’s strengths while encouraging them to explore new forms of expression.
I also gained valuable insight into how elite training environments foster confidence, resilience, and creativity. The constant feedback loop between coaches, choreographers, and athletes created a dynamic atmosphere where growth was both immediate and visible.
This experience reinforced the importance of artistry as a fundamental component of gymnastics. Strong choreography not only complements technical skills but also builds confidence and individuality in each athlete.
At NTS Gymnastics, every athlete left stronger, more confident, and inspired to reach the next level. Through elite coaching, high-level training, and a motivating team environment, gymnasts were challenged to push beyond their limits while building lasting friendships and unforgettable experiences.
