The camp provided significant learning opportunities through both observation and active participation. Exposure to college coaches offered a deeper understanding of skill execution, routine composition, and athlete development pathways. Collaboration with other coaches created a space to exchange ideas, refine training strategies, and align on best practices. There was a strong emphasis on details, corrections, and progression planning, which reinforced the importance of intentional coaching. The experience also highlighted the value of communication within a team setting and how different coaching styles could be integrated effectively to benefit athletes.

The overall experience reinforced that high performance is built on consistency, attention to detail, and collaboration. It became clear that creating a structured yet adaptable training environment is essential for athlete growth. Learning from experienced coaches and sharing knowledge with peers proved to be just as valuable as the technical training itself. The camp emphasized that success comes not only from physical preparation but also from strong teamwork, clear communication, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
